About This Role
As a Digital Planner at Barclay Advisory Services Ltd, you’ll provide planning and scheduling support on complex projects while using modern digital tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve how project controls are delivered.
You’ll work with project schedules, analyse performance, maintain programme information and support project teams with clear and reliable planning outputs.
The role is suited to a planner who understands the fundamentals of project planning but is also interested in using AI, automation and digital tools to work more effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and update project schedules.
Monitor progress, milestones, critical paths and schedule performance.
Analyse programme information and identify emerging issues, delays and trends.
Produce clear planning and project controls reports for project teams.
Work with project and delivery teams to maintain accurate programme information.Use digital tools, AI and automation to improve planning and project controls workflows.
Support the continued development of more efficient and data-driven project controls processes.
Requirements
Experience working in project planning, scheduling or project controls.
Practical experience using Primavera P6.
Good understanding of scheduling principles, logic, critical path and progress measurement.
Ability to analyse programme information and communicate findings clearly.
Comfortable working independently within project environments.
Interest in using AI, automation and digital tools within project controls.
